The purpose of the work is to analyze the state of achievements of digital transformation of modern business. The first chapter of the work "Digital transformation of business and society" analyzes the essence of e-business and e-commerce, the concept of the digital economy and the features of the "Industry 4.0" concept. The second chapter "Business models of electronic commerce" analyzes the essence and types of business models of modern digital business, formats of electronic business and features of O. Osterwalder's business model.
