У першому розділі роботи «Прогрес національних економік на шляху до досягнення цілей сталого розвитку проаналізовано зміни у бюджетній політиці країн, що розвиваються та шляху до досягнення цілей сталого розвитку, вивчено напрями розширення позик для країн з низьким доходом за рахунок покращення глобальної ліквідності, збільшення податкових надходжень шляхом внутрішніх та глобальних реформ, підвищення кредитної спроможності багатосторонніх банків розвитку. У другому розділі «Конкурентоспроможність сталого розвитку» проаналізовано сучасний стан та модель сталої конкурентоспроможності, проведено порівняння GSCI та ВВП для вимірювання зеленого зростання, проаналізовано особливості сталого розвитку, рейтинги суверенних облігацій та проведено порівняння з іншими індексами розвитку. У третьому розділі «Використання climatescope для аналізу стану досягнення цілей сталого розвитку» охарактеризовано ключові риси аналізу climatescope, проаналізовано стан інвестування в трансформацію енергетичної галузі як важлива рушійна сила досягнення ЦСР. The purpose of the work is to analyze the state of achievement of national economies on the way to the Sustainable Development Goals. In the first chapter of the work "Progress of national economies on the way to achieving the goals of sustainable development, changes in the budgetary policy of developing countries and the way to achieving the goals of sustainable development are analyzed, the directions of expanding loans for low-income countries due to the improvement of global liquidity, increasing tax revenues are studied through internal and global reforms, increasing the credit capacity of multilateral development banks. In the second chapter "Sustainable Development Competitiveness" the current state and model of sustainable competitiveness are analyzed, GSCI and GDP are compared for measuring green growth, features of sustainable development are analyzed, sovereign bond ratings are compared with other development indices. In the third chapter "Using climatescope to analyze the state of achieving the goals of sustainable development" the key features of the climatescope analysis are characterized, the state of investment in the transformation of the energy industry as an important driving force for achieving the SDGs is analyzed. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
