Було спроектовано архітектуру та складений алгоритм роботи для чат-бота в месенджері Telegram. The paper examines the process of tracking postal items. An analysis of the current state of the market for tracking services from various postal companies was carried out. The main requirements for the system were given and the choice of development technologies was made.
