The senior thesis is devoted to the investigation of modern digitization models' approaches, digitization concepts, and digital transformation. Based on the critical analysis, the second chapter describes in detail the benefits of digitalization as a tool for transforming the organization at various levels, as well as approaches to modeling the digitalization of modern business processes. The third chapter provides a general description of the company's activities and considers the current work model and its optimization with the help of the CRM system's implementation. The author's generalized legislative and regulatory acts that regulate enterprise communication activities, scientific works by domestic and foreign authors, statistical information, and primary documentation of industrial enterprises comprise the information base. The work's practical significance is that considered approaches to the digitalization of the enterprise or transformation of existing business models in digital economy conditions are fundamental decisions that affect the success of the enterprise as a whole unit and its future competitiveness, potential success, and potential risks.
