Практична значимість отриманих результатів полягає в удосконаленні підходів до формування програм підвищення кваліфікації фахівців сфери фізичної культури і спорту у закладах вищої освіти, що дає змогу розширити можливості післядипломної освіти для фахівців відповідної категорії та зробити процес навчання більш гнучким та орієнтованим на сучасні тенденції розвитку фізичної культури і спорту. Proposals for the improvement of certain elements of the system of post-graduate education of physical culture and sports specialists have been developed, in particular, methodological recommendations for the formation of goals and training results of trainers-teachers and teachers of physical education in advanced training programs.
