Практична значення одержаних результатів полягає в удосконаленні швидкісно-силової підготовки футболістів 11–12 років на етапі попередньої базової підготовки. Отримані результати дослідження можуть бути використані під час підготовки юних футболістів в тренувальному процесі ДЮСШ, спортивних клубах тощо. Для якісної оцінки розвитку швидкісно-силових якостей запропоновано відповідні рухові тести. A set of exercises for the development of speed and strength qualities of young football players at the stage of preliminary basic training was determined and the effectiveness of the developed complex of specialized exercises for the development of speed and strength qualities of young football players aged 11–12 years was experimentally proven. Added data on the specifics of the development of speed and strength qualities of football players at the preliminary stage basic training. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the improvement of speed and strength training of football players aged 11–12 years at the stage of preliminary basic training.
