Виходячи з визначальних ознак, ТНК своєю появою “трактували” нові правила міжнародного бізнес-господарювання. The gradual development of international economic relations led to the appearance on the world stage of powerful entities - transnational corporations (TNCs), the explanation and interpretation of which was engaged in by a large the number of researchers whose opinions contributed to distinguishing the features to which such entities belong, namely: 1) activity in more than 2-6 countries, by placing their divisions; 2) presence in the management team multinational staff; 3) a sign of control, i.e. ownership of at least 25% of shares in 3 or more countries; 4) the minimum share of profitable transactions or foreign sales is more than 25%.
