В результаті дослідження визначено, що нормативно-правове врегулювання відповідальності за несвоєчасне подання загальної декларації прибуття або подання недостовірних чи неповних відомостей митному органу про товари що переміщуються через митний кордон допоможе прибрати «вузькі місця» у вітчизняному митному законодавстві та наблизить його до норм Європейського Союзу, що є особливо актуальним у зв’язку з набуттям Україною статусу кандидата в члени Європейського Союзу. The international experience regarding liability for violation of the rules for submitting a general declaration of arrival was analyzed, namely the experience of such countries as: the United States of America, France, Japan. As a result of the study, it was determined that the regulatory and legal settlement of responsibility for the untimely submission of a general declaration of arrival or the submission of inaccurate or incomplete information to the customs authority about goods moving across the customs border will help remove "bottlenecks" in the domestic customs legislation and bring it closer to the norms of the European Union. which is especially relevant in connection with Ukraine's acquisition of the status of a candidate for membership of the European Union. popup.nrat_date 2025-07-17 Close
