This diploma project is devoted to the development of a system to simplify the distribution of working and free time of the student on the basis of modern cross-platform messenger Telegram. The main objectives of this development are to increase the productivity of the student's learning process and optimize the speed of search and user access to obtain the desired information in the educational information environment. The paper analyzes the work of the developed application and architectural solutions in its implementation. The functionality of the software development tools involved in the work is described, such as the library for the development of Telegram-bots pyTelegramBotAPI, object-relational database management system PostgreSQL and the software interface https://api.rozklad.org.ua/.
