Відповідно до мети у роботі поставлено такі завдання: розкрити сутність логістичних операцій підприємств; розкрити нормативно-правове регулювання обліку логістичних операцій; дослідити особливості облікової політики щодо логістичних операцій; розкрити первинний та зведений облік логістичних операцій; проаналізувати логістичні операції; провести аналіз ефективності логістичниї операцій підприємств; розробити напрями оптимізації обліку та аналізу логістичних операцій. Об’єктом дослідження є логістичні операцій підприємств. Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних, методичних та практичних особливостей формування у бухгалтерського обліку інформації про логістичні операції підприємств та їх аналізу. Базою дослідження є підприємство Українська будівельна компанія «Мрія». Досліджуючи логістичні операції на базовому підприємстві доведено, що вони є значним чинником впливу на прибутковість підприємства. Автором обґрунтовано необхідність бюджетування логістичних витрат підприємств та напрями їх оптимізації, які дозволяють компанії: підвищити якість управлінських рішень і як наслідок – загальну якість планування; знизити собівартість продукції, послуг; оптимізувати показники фінансової, податкової звітності; забезпечити прозорість діяльності; швидко адаптуватися до умов ведення бізнесу, що змінюються під впливом ринку, а також полегшення ведення кількох сценаріїв бюджету підприємства. Робота містить 68 сторінки, 11 таблиць, 13 рисунків та 7 додатків. Список використаних джерел складається з 45 найменувань. Рік виконання кваліфікаційної роботи 2021-2022рр. Рік захисту роботи 2023р. The purpose of the qualification work is based on the justification of accounting and analysis of logistics operations of enterprises, taking into account the peculiarities of the construction industry, approaches to accounting, estimation, management of logistics costs, enterprise budgeting. In accordance with the goal, the following tasks are set in the work: to reveal the essence of logistics operations of enterprises; to disclose the regulatory and legal regulation of accounting of logistics operations; to investigate the peculiarities of the accounting policy regarding logistics operations; disclose primary and summary accounting of logistics operations; analyze logistics operations; conduct an analysis of the efficiency of logistics operations of enterprises; develop directions for optimization of accounting and analysis of logistics operations. The object of the study is the logistics operations of enterprises. The subject of the research is a set of theoretical, methodical and practical features of the formation of accounting information about the logistics operations of enterprises and their analysis. The basis of the study is the Ukrainian construction company Mriya. Researching logistics operations at the base enterprise proved that they are a significant factor influencing the profitability of the enterprise. The author substantiates the need for budgeting of logistics costs of enterprises and directions for their optimization, which allow the company to: improve the quality of management decisions and, as a result, the overall quality of planning; reduce the cost of products and services; optimize indicators of financial and tax reporting; ensure transparency of activity; quickly adapt to business conditions that change under the influence of the market, as well as facilitate the management of several scenarios of the enterprise budget. The development of the construction industry has a close and direct connection with the information environment, which is why the practical directions for the implementation of approaches should be related to the development of information logistics. Software products for enterprise cost budgeting and optimization of logistics costs at the base enterprise are offered. The work contains 68 pages, 11 tables, 13 figures and 7 appendices.
