Саме тому адміністрація ЗВО, з метою прийняття відповідних управлінських рішень та коригування стратегії розвитку ЗВО, має розробити дієві інституційні методи оцінки результатів публікаційної активності вчених. Методика оцінки результатів публікаційної активності вчених полягає в системному та комплексному узагальненні всіх показників публікаційної активності та їх обліку протягом тривалого часу. The level of publication of the results of scientific research of academic universities and scientific institutions is used by governmental and non-governmental institutions in the rating, attestation of universities (hereinafter referred to as higher education institutions) and scientific institutions, examination of scientific research projects, in particular, those submitted to competitions of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, attestation of scientific personnel, etc. That is why, in order to make relevant management decisions and adjust the development strategy of the Higher Education Institution, the administration of the Higher Education Institution should develop effective institutional methods for evaluating the results of the publication activity of scientists.
