This thesis explores Supply Chain Management software, its types and adoption rate. It also describes the business problems of the freight-forwarding company and explores the solutions on the market to cover business needs. As a result, the most suitable software, a CRM system, is found. After that, the functional requirements for the implementation of the CRM system are described.
