Тому в роботі виявлено потреби молодшого медичного персоналу та надано рекомендації для покращення поточної та подальшої роботи в умовах небезпек або погіршених умовах, описані ризики, серед яких є плинність та обмеження кадрового потенціалу. У роботі приведено дані із надкластерного ЗОЗ що надає допомогу в умовах воєнного часу, потребу у системах вдосконалення та ротації лікарів та молодшого персоналу. Для можливості стабілізації роботи ЗОЗ у таких умовах освітлено навички та спосіб індивідуального та колективного менеджменту, що потребують ЗОЗ, особливості проведення онбордингу нового персоналу та потреба у його універсалізацї, надання відповідальності задля покращення розподілу навантаження у системі ЗОЗ у складних умовах. Підкреслено потребу у залученні громадськості для безпрервного та якісного надання необхідних послуг населенню в умовах воєнного стану. Today, the problem of changes in approaches and stabilization of the work of health care facilities in conditions of crisis loads is relevant. Therefore, the work identified the needs of junior medical personnel and provided recommendations for improving current and future work in dangerous or deteriorated conditions, described risks, among which there is turnover and limitations of personnel potential. The work presents data from the supercluster health center that provides assistance in wartime conditions, the need for systems of improvement and rotation of doctors and junior staff. For the possibility of stabilizing the work of health care workers in such conditions, the skills and methods of individual and collective management needed by health care workers, the peculiarities of onboarding new personnel and the need for their universalization, providing responsibility for improving the distribution of the load in the health care system in difficult conditions are highlighted.
