У роботі проведено аналіз Управління освіти і науки Сумської міської Ради та досліджено імідж співробітників виконавчих органів СМР та Управління освіти і науки Сумської міської ради. Проаналізовано та виявлено низький рівень інформованості населення про реальну діяльність муніципальної служби, а також виявлено існування протиріччя, засноване на розбіжності думок між населенням і муніципальними службовцями щодо рівня кваліфікації та професійних якостей службовців. Виявлена можливість покращення іміджу співробітників виконавчих органів СМР та Управління освіти і науки Сумської міської ради та запропоновано комплекс заходів. The paper examines the theoretical foundations of the concept of "image", features of the formation of a positive image of employees of local self-government bodies, and describes the portrait of an employee of local self-government bodies in Ukraine. The work analyzed the Department of Education and Science of the Sumy City Council and investigated the image of the employees of the executive bodies of the SMR and the Department of Education and Science of the Sumy City Council. The low level of awareness of the population about the real activities of the municipal service was analyzed and revealed, as well as the existence of a contradiction based on the difference of opinion between the population and municipal employees regarding the level of qualifications and professional qualities of employees. The possibility of improving the image of the employees of the executive bodies of the SMR and the Department of Education and Science of the Sumy City Council was identified, and a set of measures was proposed. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
