The purpose of this work is to research directions of enterprise potential management based on innovative development technology. The subject of the practical study of the work is the use of the potential of the enterprise in order to increase the effectiveness of its economic activity. The object of the study is the activity indicators of the Romen dairy plant of the State Enterprise "Ros".
