Актуальність дослідження базується на зростанні конкуренції та нестабільності економічного середовища, що вимагає від підприємств високого рівня ефективного управління. Ключовим інструментом в управлінській системі виступає фінансовий контролінг. Мета кваліфікаційної роботи – вивчення фінансового контролінгу та його функцій у системі ефективного управління підприємством. Методи дослідження. У роботі використано системний аналіз, синтез, індукцію, дедукцію, порівняння, коефіцієнтний, кореляційний, горизонтальний та вертикальний аналіз, метод прогнозування. Основний результат роботи. Досліджено теоретичні аспекти фінансового контролінгу, визначено системний підхід до контролінгу та виокремлено його функції та роль у плануванні та обліку. Проведено практичний аналіз на прикладі ТОВ «Суми-СЕВ», розроблено підходи до удосконалення процедур контролінгу. Relevance of the topic of the qualification work. The relevance of the research is based on the growth of competition and the instability of the economic environment, which requires a high level of effective management from enterprises. Financial controlling is a key tool in the management system. The purpose of the qualification work is to study financial controlling and its functions in the system of effective enterprise management. Research methods. System analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, comparison, coefficient, correlation, horizontal and vertical analysis, forecasting method are used in the work. The main result of the work. The theoretical aspects of financial controlling have been studied, a systematic approach to controlling has been defined, and its functions and role in planning and accounting have been singled out.
