Розглянуто законодавчу основу, шляхи та механізми зовнішнього і внутрішнього контролю якості. Проаналізовано методи контролю якості надання медичної допомоги на прикладі КНП «Тростянецька міська лікарня» ТМР. Вивчено структуру, матеріально-технічну базу, фінансовий стан лікарні. Визначено кризові явища, присутні в організації. На основі теоретичних даних дано оцінку якості надання медичної допомоги та досягнення поставлених нормативів якості шляхом аналізу індикаторів якості та моделі кінцевих результатів. Розроблено заходи щодо покращення якості медичних послуг КНП «Тростянецька міська лікарня» ТМР. Зроблено прогноз стосовно впровадження запропонованих рекомендацій. The paper examines the scientific basis of managing the quality of medical services in the conditions of dynamic changes in the health care industry. The legislative basis, ways and mechanisms of external and internal quality control are considered. The methods of quality control of the provision of medical care were analyzed using the example of the "Trostyanetska City Hospital" KNP of the TMR. The structure, material and technical base, and financial condition of the hospital were studied. Crisis phenomena present in the organization are defined. Based on theoretical data, an assessment of the quality of the provision of medical care and the achievement of the set quality standards is given through the analysis of quality indicators and the model of final results. Measures have been developed to improve the quality of medical services at the "Trostyanetska City Hospital" of the TMR.
