Відповідно до поставленої мети були виконані такі завдання: − аналіз сутності мотивації праці та еволюції поглядів на природу походження терміну; − характеристика сучасних методів мотивації праці персоналу підприємства; − аналіз основних економічних показників виробничо-господарської діяльності підприємства; − оцінка системи мотивації праці підприємства; − оцінка інструментів впливу на вдосконалення мотивації праці підприємства. Предметом дослідження є теоретико-методичні та прикладні складові удосконалення системи мотивації праці на підприємстві у процесі здійснення його фінансово-господарської діяльності в умовах кризи. Об’єктом дослідження є управління системою мотивації праці на підприємстві. The purpose of the work is to study the theoretical and methodological and practical components of improving the company's personnel motivation system in crisis conditions. In accordance with the set goal, the following tasks were performed: - analysis of the essence of work motivation and the evolution of views on nature origin of the term; - characteristics of modern methods of motivating personnel enterprises; - analysis of the main economic indicators of production and economy enterprise activities; − assessment of the company's labor motivation system; - assessment of tools of influence on improvement of work motivation enterprises. The subject of the study is the theoretical-methodical and applied components of improving the labor motivation system at the enterprise in the process of implementing its financial and economic activities in crisis conditions.
