У роботі опрацьовано теоретичні та методичні основи аналізу системи управління персоналом підприємства, розробці пропозицій щодо удосконалення системи управління персоналом на базі товариства з обмеженою відповідальністю «Спартак» За допомогою використання загального аналізу підприємства, виявлено основні проблемні питання щодо управління кадрами та системи управління персоналом на підприємстві. Розроблено основні шляхи удосконалення управління персоналом та проведена оцінка ефективності даних пропозицій. Ключові слова: система управління персоналом, кадри, планування, організація, менеджер, методи управління. The structure and volume of the bachelor's qualification work. The work consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusions, a list of used sources, which contains 53 names. The total volume of the bachelor thesis is 44 pages. The theoretical and methodical foundations of the analysis of the personnel management system of the enterprise have been elaborated, the proposals for the improvement of the personnel management system on the basis of the limited liability company "Spartak" have been developed in the paper. By using the general analysis of the enterprise, the main problematic issues related to personnel management and the personnel management system at the enterprise have been identified. The main ways of improving personnel management have been developed and the effectiveness of these proposals has been evaluated.
