Діти та підлітки, в свою чергу є вразливою категорією і мають бути якомога краще захищеними, а також вони є майбутнім кожної нації, тому питання психічного здоров'я завжди буде актуальним. Також важливо зазначити, що за останні роки значно зріс рівень суїцидів і значно більша кількість людей стикається з депресивними станами, тривожними розладами та низкою інших розповсюджених захворювань. За даними ВООЗ психічні захворювання проявляються у віці до 14 років, але дуже часто ці захворювання не виявляють і не лікують. Тому дуже важливо приділяти увагу в ранньому віці і на ранніх етапах. Метою дослідження є характеристика міжнародно-правового механізму та міжнародних стандарти охорони здоровʼя дітей та підлітків. Об’єктом дослідження є суспільні відносини в сфері охорони психічного здоров’я дітей та підлітків. Предметом дослідження є міжнародні стандарти охорони психічного здоров’я дітей та підлітків. Основними результатами роботи стало дослідження міжнародних стандартів в сфері охорони психічного здоровʼя дітей та підлітків; характеристика систему міжнародних актів в сфері охорони здоров’я дітей та підлітків та визначення основних напрямів діяльності міжнародних організацій, які займаються питаннями охорони психічного здоровʼя дітей та підлітків. The relevance of the research topic lies in the fact that in the field of mental health there are a lot of issues that need much more attention, information, training and dissemination, and it is also important to fight against the stigmatization of this field. Children and adolescents, in turn, are a vulnerable category and should be protected as best as possible, and they are the future of every nation, so the issue of mental health will always be relevant. It is also important to note that the suicide rate has increased significantly in recent years and a significantly higher number of people are experiencing depression, anxiety disorders, and a number of other common illnesses. According to the WHO, mental illnesses appear before the age of 14, but very often these diseases are not detected and treated. Therefore, it is very important to pay attention at an early age and in the early stages. The purpose of the study is to characterize the international legal mechanism and international standards of health care for children and adolescents. The object of the research is social relations in the field of mental health care of children and adolescents. The subject of the study is international standards of mental health care for children and adolescents.
