Метою роботи є розробка рекомендацій щодо впровадження систем управління безперервністю бізнесу відповідно до вимог міжнародного стандарту ISO 22301 шляхом дослідження ступеня сумісності вимог цього стандарту та стандарту на системи управління якістю ISO 9001 на основі методології обчислення ступеню їх сумісності. Для досягнення поставленої мети в роботі були встановлені та вирішенні наступні завдання: 1. Дослідити сучасний стан та перспективи розвитку систем управління безперервністю бізнесу. 2. Проаналізувати вимоги міжнародного стандарту ISO 22301. 3. Дослідити сумісність вимог міжнародних стандартів на системи управління безперервністю бізнесу в організаціях ISO 22301 та на системи управління якістю ISO 9001. 4. Розробити рекомендацій щодо впровадження вимог міжнародного стандарту ISO 22301. Об’єкт дослідження – процес впровадження систем управління безперервністю бізнесу в організаціях відповідно до вимог міжнародного стандарту ISO 22301. Предмет дослідження – нормативне забезпечення впровадження вимог міжнародного стандарту ISO 22301 під час розбудови та підтримки систем управління безперервністю бізнесу в організаціях. Практичне значення отриманих результатів. На основі встановлення ступеню сумісності вимог міжнародних стандартів на системи управління безперервністю бізнесу в організаціях ISO 22301 та на системи управління якістю ISO 9001 запропоновано перелік документованої інформації стосовно розбудови та підтримки систем управління безперервністю бізнесу в організаціях. The master's qualification work consists of 85 sheets, including 11 figures, 7 tables, a bibliography of 26 sources on two sheets, one appendix on seven sheets. The purpose of the work is to develop recommendations for the implementation of business continuity management systems in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 22301 by studying the degree of compatibility between the requirements of this standard and the standard for quality management systems ISO 9001 based on the methodology for calculating the degree of their compatibility. To achieve the set goal, the following tasks were set and solved in the work: 1. To study the current state and prospects for the development of business continuity management systems. 2. To analyze the requirements of the international standard ISO 22301. 3. To study the compatibility of the requirements of international standards for business continuity management systems in ISO 22301 organizations and for quality management systems of ISO 9001. 4. To develop recommendations for the implementation of the requirements of the international standard ISO 22301. The object of the study is the process of implementing business continuity management systems in organizations in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 22301. The subject of the study is regulatory support for the implementation of the requirements of the international standard ISO 22301 during the development and maintenance of business continuity management systems in organizations. Practical significance of the obtained results. Based on the establishment of the degree of compatibility of the requirements of international standards for business continuity management systems in organizations ISO 22301 and quality management systems ISO 9001, a list of documented information regarding the development and support of business continuity management systems in organizations is proposed. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
