Це потребує невідкладної модернізації системи послуг, що надаються органами публічної влади на різних рівнях управління та в межах різних галузей. Однією із складових такої системи послуг є адміністративні послуги, які в умовах проведення адміністративної реформи розглядаються як важливий інструмент здійснення державного управління. Актуальність вивчення адміністративних послуг зумовлена практичною необхідністю ефективного їх надання фізичним і юридичним особам у процесі діяльності державних службовців та дослідницькою потребою визначення сутнісних ознак цих послуг для подальшої їх класифікації, стандартизації та формування реєстрів послуг. The implementation of administrative reform in Ukraine activates not only the need to improve the system of public administration, but also changes in approaches to the activities of civil servants and officials of local self-government bodies, in particular, reorienting it primarily to the provision of services. This requires an urgent modernization of the system of services provided by public authorities at different levels of management and within different sectors. One of the components of such a system of services is administrative services, which, under the conditions of administrative reform, are considered as an important tool of public administration. The relevance of the study of administrative services is determined by the practical need for their effective provision to individuals and legal entities in the process of civil servants' activities and the research need to determine the essential features of these services for their further classification, standardization and formation of service registers. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
