Проте, оцінювання ефективності таких організацій є складною задачею через різноманітність факторів, що впливають на їх діяльність в результаті чого в Україні такі підходи і методи майже не використовують, що негативно впливає на розвиток організації в цілому. Отже, постановка проблеми полягає в розробці методології та підходів до оцінювання ефективності будівельних організацій, використання ними повного потенціалу на практиці тощо. Formulation of the problem. All over the world, construction organizations are an important component of the modern economy, and their effective activity is of great importance for the socio-economic development of countries. However, evaluating the effectiveness of such organizations is a difficult task due to the variety of factors affecting their activities, as a result of which such approaches and methods are almost never used in Ukraine, which negatively affects the development of the organization as a whole.
