Незважаючи на стрімкий розвиток інвестиційної активності комерційних банків спостерігаються негативні тенденції, пов’язані з нормативами інвестування, а саме встановленими Національним банком України, з метою контролю за прямими інвестиціями нормативом інвестування (Н11) та нормативом загальної суми інвестування (Н12). Commercial banks intensify investment activity through the accumulation and redistribution of temporarily free credit resources, directing them to areas that need them.
