On March 11, 2020, WHO stated that COVID-19 as a global pandemic. It changed the socioeconomic development of the world’s countries, the medical and social welfare of the population, economic, institutional-political, financial-budgetary and education. Due to quarantine restrictions and lockdowns, the economic growth of most countries has slowed down significantly.Typical measures to combat the spread of COVID-19 in society include: developing and distributing among the population reminders about the dangers and ways to prevent the disease and its complications; introducing remote forms of customer service in the public and corporate sectors. Generalized world experience in combating the pandemic to the level of negative economic consequences made it possible to form the main strategic vectors of state policy to minimize risks and dangers in the field of the national economy in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. Спалах нового вірусу стався в грудні 2019 року в Китаї, звідки він почав поширюватися на всі континенти. 11 березня 2020 року ВООЗ оголосила COVID-19 глобальною пандемією. Це змінило соціально-економічний розвиток країн світу, медичне та соціальне забезпечення населення, економіку, інституційно-політичну, фінансово-бюджетну та освітню сфери. Через карантинні обмеження та локдауни економічне зростання більшості країн значно сповільнилося. Типовими заходами боротьби з поширенням COVID-19 у суспільстві є: розробка та розповсюдження серед населення пам’яток про небезпеку та способи запобігання хвороби та її ускладнення; запровадження дистанційних форм обслуговування споживачів у державному та корпоративному секторах. Узагальнений світовий досвід протидії пандемії до рівня негативних економічних наслідків дав змогу сформувати основні стратегічні вектори державної політики щодо мінімізації ризиків і небезпек у сфері національної економіки в умовах пандемії COVID-19.
