Проте у 2022 році розпочався новий етап у відносинах Києва та Брюсселя — Україна отримала статус кандидата на членство в ЄС. Це матеріалізувало перспективи приєднання до європейської спільноти та стало поштовхом для подальших реформ. European integration has always been one of the priority tasks for Ukraine. This is logical, because our country shares common values with the European Union and maintains friendly relations with all EU states. For a long time, Ukraine was only ethically and value-linked to the European Union. However, in 2022, a new stage in relations between Kyiv and Brussels began — Ukraine received the status of a candidate for EU membership.
