Країни-донори надають, а країни-реципієнти отримують та використовують МТД, що допомагає підвищити загальний рівень забезпеченості потреб населення країн з низьким та середнім рівнем доходу. Важливим фактором реалізації відносин у сфері залучення та використання МТД, отримання позитивного ефекту від реалізації проєктів/програм МТД, формування відносин щодо подальшого технічного співробітництва у дієвому, правовому полі є недопущення зловживань та правопорушень у цій сфері. Однак, сфера відносин щодо надання та використання МТД, як й будь-яка інша суспільна сфера відносин, пов’язаних з перерозподілом ресурсів, піддається корупції, шахрайству, легалізації (відмиванню) доходів одержаних злочинним шляхом та вчиненню ряду інших правопорушень у фінансовій сфері. Мільйони доларів продовжують відмивати приватні особи та юридичні організації через незліченні складні фінансові схеми. МТД, яка виступає одним із фундаментальних інструментів політики розвитку держави, в рівній мірі схильна до корупції, розкрадання та зловживань й приблизно 30% від її складової можуть бути втрачені завдяки діяльності корумпованих суб’єктів та злочинних організацій. International relations in the fi eld of provision and use of ITA is an extremely broad area of international relations, which is an important link for the establishment and development of developing countries. Donor countries provide, and recipient countries receive and use, ITA, which helps to improve the overall level of meeting the needs of the population of low- and middle-income countries. An important factor in the implementation of relations in the fi eld of attracting and using ITA, obtaining a positive effect from the implementation of ITA projects/programs, and forming relations for further technical cooperation in an effective, legal framework is the prevention of abuse and violations in this area. However, the sphere of relations on the provision and use of ITA, like any other public sphere of relations related to the redistribution of resources, is subject to corruption, fraud, legalization (laundering) of proceeds of crime and a number of other fi nancial crimes. Millions of dollars continue to be laundered by individuals and legal organizations through countless complex fi nancial schemes. The ITA, which is one of the fundamental instruments of the state’s developmentpolicy, is equally susceptible to corruption, embezzlement and abuse, and approximately 30% of its component may be lost due to the activities of corrupt actors and criminal organizations. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
