High-quality drinking water should not contain substances harmful to humans and should contain useful minerals that are necessary for the normal functioning of our body. People usually consume water with 0.02 to 2 grams of minerals per litre [1]. Iodine, calcium, potassium, magnesium, sodium and many other substances that make up drinking water play a crucial role in the body's biological processes.
