За результатами дослідження сформульовані практичні рекомендації з удосконалення методики та організації обліково-аналітичних процедур з управління людським капіталом підприємства як основи прискорення обробки та представлення економічної інформації для прийняття управлінських рішень. The thesis examines the economic meaning of the concept of "human capital" as an object of enterprise management; methodical aspects of accounting and analytical support for human capital management of the enterprise are systematized; the general characteristics of the economic activity of the Private Joint Stock Company "MHP" are given; directions for improving the efficiency of human capital management are proposed. Based on the results of the study, practical recommendations were formulated for improving the methodology and organization of accounting and analytical procedures for managing the human capital of the enterprise as a basis for accelerating the processing and presentation of economic information for management decision-making. popup.nrat_date 2025-07-17 Close
