Визначено особливості використання універсальних та регіональних механізмів запобігання злочинності. Охарактеризовано міжнародні механізми запобігання злочинності в умовах воєнного стану. Проаналізовано міжнародно-правові механізми запобігання кібершахрайству в Україні, застосування міжнародних механізмів під час запобігання насильницької злочинності, зокрема, торгівлі людьми, наркоманії та незаконного обігу наркотичних засобів. Висвітлені особливості застосування міжнародних механізмів запобігання воєнних злочинів в Україні, а також наведено обґрунтовані, конкретні пропозиції та рекомендації теоретичного і практичного характеру, спрямовані на удосконалення законодавчого забезпечення міжнародної співпраці України у сфері запобігання злочинності на сучасному етапі. Монографія буде корисною для наукових, науково педагогічних, практичних працівників та здобувачів вищої освіти. The monograph highlights the historical aspect of the formation of international crime prevention mechanisms. Features of the use of universal and regional crime prevention mechanisms are determined. The international mechanisms of crime prevention in the conditions of martial law are characterized. International legal mechanisms for the prevention of cyber fraud in Ukraine, the use of international mechanisms for the prevention of violent crime, in particular, human trafficking, drug addiction, and illegal drug trafficking, have been analyzed. The specifics of the application of international mechanisms for the prevention of war crimes in Ukraine are highlighted, as well as substantiated, specific proposals and recommendations of a theoretical and practical nature aimed at improving the legislative support of Ukraine's international cooperation in the field of crime prevention at the current stage.
