It consists of 60 sheets of A4 format and contains 27 figures and 10 tables. The purpose of this work is to develop the process of manufacturing the "Locking key" part. The first chapter is devoted to the optimization of hole boring. The sequence of the production process was developed, including the selection of CNC machines, cutting tools, cutting conditions, etc. For all specific production processes, the fixture was selected and the corresponding settings were developed. Economic calculations for production scaling were carried out. The graphic part consists of 6 sheets of Al format, as follows: 1. Optimization of the hole boring process 2.
