It has been proven that the state policy of raising a culture of health is the key to achieving progress in sustainable development. The structure of the evaluation methodology, as well as the integration model of the evaluation of the state policy of education of health culture in Ukraine, is proposed. The set of variables (indicators, criteria, factors, indicators) for assessing the effectiveness of the state policy of health culture education in Ukraine is argued. У тезах представлено фрагмент організаційно-методичного забезпеченню державної політики виховання культури здоров’я. Доведено, що державна політика виховання культури здоров’я є запорукою досягнення прогресу у стійкому розвитку. Запропоновано структуру методики оцінки, а також інтеграційну модель оцінки державної політики виховання культури здоров’я в Україні.
