The formulation of practical skills in the form of a specific clinical problem requires the student to demonstrate professional competence in detecting the pathology of various structures of the nervous system using appropriate functional tests. Confidentiality, originality, and periodic systematic updating of examination tasks, as well as strict adherence to the examination regulations, make it possible to avoid doubts about the academic integrity of participants in the educational process and create optimal conditions for evaluating the level of training of future doctors in the clinical discipline.
