This innovative hub serves as a case study for examining how an L&D function can effectively meet the needs and challenges of Ukrainian entrepreneurs, local communities, and the broader economy, particularly during war time. At the national level, the work addresses the urgent need to transition from exporting talent and resources to creating and exporting value-added products. This shift is compounded by job losses due to the war, driving a move towards entrepreneurship for self-sufficiency.
