Дана робота спрямована на визначення оптимальних методів та інструментів підвищення ефетивності менеджменту в навчальних центрах. Об’єктом дослідження є навчальний центр Study and Go. Предметом дослідження є система менеджменту навчального центру Study and Go. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи бакалавра є розроблення сучасних підходів до удосконалення системи управління освітніми центрами (на прикладі навчального центру Study and Go). Практичне значення кваліфікаційної роботи бакалавра полягає в тому, що окремі положення висвітлені в роботі, опубліковані в тезах доповідей 19 міжнародної конференції «Social innovations for sustainable regional development» в Клайпедському університеті (Литва) на тему: «Determination of energy efficiency drivers using the case method». Запроваджено пропозиції, що сформовані на основі отриманих даних анкетування у робочій процес центру Study and Go, а саме: клієнтоорієнтований підхід до управління освітнім центром, комплекс маркетингових заходів та ін. (Акт про впровадження, авторське свідоцтво № 6965 дата реєстрації 21 січня 2024 р. в рамках проєкту № 0122U000769). The qualification work "Approaches to improving the management system of a modern educational center (on the example of the Study and Go educational center)" is devoted to the development of recommendations for improving the management system of an educational center in modern conditions. This work is aimed at determining the optimal methods and tools for increasing the effectiveness of management in educational centers. The object of the research is the study center Study and Go. The subject of the study is the management system of the Study educational center and Go. The purpose of the bachelor's qualification work is to develop modern approaches to improving the management system of educational centers (using the example of the Study and Go educational center). The practical significance of the bachelor's qualification work is that certain provisions are highlighted in the work published in the abstracts of the reports of the 19th international conference "Social innovations for sustainable regional development" at the University of Klaipėda (Lithuania) on the topic: "Determination of energy efficiency drivers using the case method ". Proposals formed on the basis of the received survey data were introduced into the work process of the Study and Go center, namely: a client-oriented approach to the management of the educational center, a set of marketing measures, etc. (Act on implementation, author's certificate No. 6965, registration date January 21, 2024 within the framework of project No. 0122U000769). popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
