The object of the research is finance and the financial system as a set of spheres and links of financial relations. The subject of the research is the peculiarities of the process of formation and development of financial systems of foreign countries. Modern methods of conducting scientific research, systemic and comprehensive approaches, and the method of comparative analysis were used in the preparation of the research. The informational and legal basis of the research includes legislative and regulatory acts, as well as official statistical, methodological, and analytical materials, and data from the Internet. Метою дослідження в бакалаврській роботі є теоретичне обґрунтування та практично вивчити особливості процесу становлення та розвитку фінансові системи зарубіжних країн. Об’єктом дослідження є фінанси та фінансова система як сукупність сфер і зв'язки фінансових відносин. Предметом дослідження є особливості процесу формування і розвиток фінансових систем зарубіжних країн. Сучасні методики проведення наукових досліджень, системного та комплексного підходів та метод При підготовці дослідження використано порівняльний аналіз.
