Основний результат статті полягає у виявленні ключових механізмів, за допомогою яких інтелектуальний капітал та штучний інтелект сприяють цифровим транс-формаціям, а також в уточненні їхнього взаємозв’язку. Основний внесок полягає у системному аналізі цих процесів та виявленні їхнього впливу на економіку та підприємницьку діяльність. Результати дослідження мають важливе прак-тичне значення для управління економічними змінами та стратегічним розвитком держави у цифрову епоху. The article examines the impact of intellectual capital and artificial intelligence on digital transformation processes. The article aims to determine intellectual capital’s and artificial intelligence’s role in the modern economic environment and study their interaction with digital initiatives. The main result of the article is to identify the critical mechanisms by which intellectual capital and artificial intelligence contribute to digital transformations, as well as to clarify their relationship. The main contribution is systematically analysing these processes and identifying their impact on the economy and entrepre-neurial activity. The results have important practical significance for managing economic changes and strategic development of the state in the digital era. The study’s results confirm the significant impact of intellectual capital and artificial intelligence on digital transformations. Intellectual capital, which includes employees’ knowledge, skills, experience and innovative potential, is a crucial resource for effective adaptation to digital technologies and strategies. Artificial intelligence, with its analytical and cognitive abilities, dramatically facilitates the automation of processes, providing greater accuracy, speed, and efficiency in solving tasks. Integrating intellectual capital and artificial intelligence creates synergies that accelerate digital transformation. Companies that successfully use these resources have a competitive advantage and can adapt more quickly to changes in the business environment. Intellectual capital and artificial intelligence are critical to successful digital transformation.
