Розглянуто принципи функціонування та інформаційного наповнення платформи відкритих даних у сфері публічних фінансів Є-data, а також її складових – державного веб-порталу бюджету для громадян «Open budget», єдиного веб-порталу використання публічних коштів «Spending», порталу реєстру проектів МФО IFIs projects. Проаналізовано роль платформи Prozorro, порталу Dozorro, пошуково-аналітичної системи .007 у забезпеченні прозорості публічних закупівель, що є необхідною умовою цифрової транспарентності фінансової діяльності державних та комунальних підприємств. Розглянуто цифрові аспекти транспарентності фінансово-кредитної системи, виокремлюючи роль НБУ та банків, та підкреслено значення веб-сайтів банків як інструменту забезпечення прозорості. На рівні корпоративних фінансів розглянуто інформаційні сервіси, що відіграють велику роль у забезпеченні цифрової транспарентності, такі як YouControl, Оpendatabot, Vkursi Pro, SMIDA. Окреслено перспективи подальших досліджень в цьому напрямку. The article examines the application of modern digital technologies, platforms and tools in the system of ensuring the transparency of financial relations at various levels of the economic system. The principles of operation and information content of the open data platform in the field of public finance E-data, as well as its components - the state web portal of the budget for citizens "Open budget", the single web portal for the use of public funds "Spending", the portal of the register of projects of MFIs IFIs were considered projects. The role of the Prozorro platform, the Dozorro portal, the search and analytical system .007 in ensuring the transparency of public procurement, which is a necessary condition for the digital transparency of the financial activities of state and communal enterprises, is analyzed. The digital aspects of the transparency of the financial and credit system are considered, highlighting the role of the NBU and banks, and the importance of bank websites as a tool for ensuring transparency is emphasized. At the level of corporate finance, information services that play a major role in ensuring digital transparency, such as YouControl, Opendatabot, Vkursi Pro, SMIDA, are considered.
