Встановлено, що фізичний і психологічний компоненти особистості знаходяться у межах середніх величин, що свідчить про позитивні тенденції долання негативних зовнішніх впливів на професійне здоров’я обстежуваних, а також вказує на збереження ресурсного компоненту за рахунок духовної сфери. Визначено, що особистісний ресурс зумовлює непохитність в обранні свого шляху в умовах війни і завдяки самовладанню, саморегуляції обстежувані прагнуть до подолання труднощів і до особистісного та професійного зростання. A comparative analysis of the results of a survey of managers of commercial enterprises regarding the factors and features of their influence on the professional health of the respondents in war conditions in the pre-war period, with the beginning of the war and after 1.5 years of the war is presented. It was established that the physical and psychological components of the personality are within the average values, which indicates positive trends in overcoming negative external influences on the professional health of the respondents, and also indicates the preservation of the resource component at the expense of the spiritual sphere. It was determined that the personal resource determines the steadfastness in choosing one's path in war conditions and, thanks to self-control and self-regulation, the respondents strive to overcome difficulties and to personal and professional growth. popup.nrat_date 2025-07-17 Close
