The development of a methodological framework for assessing the damage caused to landowners and land users as a result of Russia's military aggression is a critical task for Ukraine. This framework includes comprehensive approaches to assessing direct and indirect losses caused by damage or destruction of land, agricultural land and infrastructure. The main aspects are the establishment of criteria and indicators of losses, the development of methods for quantifying losses, and the integration of environmental and economic parameters into the assessment process.
