The text consists of lecture materials and seminar assignments, which are most often submitted for exams and tests in the course. The book is intended for students of the Educational and Research Institute of Continuing Education and Tourism of the Bachelor's degree in the specialty 241 “Hotel and Restaurant Business”, scientists, entrepreneurs, as well as all those interested in the issues of legal regulation of economic and business activities. The study guidelines are developed in accordance with the content and structure of the working curriculum and syllabus in the discipline “Legal Regulation of the Industry” and are recommended for use in the educational process.
