Кузнеця Description In the article the attention is focused on absence of a legal status at tourism accommodation of small forms which exist actually, but are not issued legally that considerably disturbs to development of tourist business. On the basis of studying of world experience of small tourism accommodation functioning the analysis of hotel fund of Ukraine and the research of the standard-legal base of our country on maintenance of the hotel enterprises functioning are carried out.
