За результатами дослідження сформульовані конкретні рекомендації для подолання агресії в бізнес-середовищі. Розроблено авторський тренінг «Контроль агресії – запорука успішного бізнесу», спрямований на розвиток навичок самоконтролю, емоційної стабільності та конструктивного вирішення конфліктів. The work revealed the essence of the theoretical and methodological justification and empirical study of the features of aggression in employees of construction companies, the formation of aggression management skills in employees. Based on the results of the study, specific recommendations were formulated for overcoming aggression in the business environment.
