Проведено емпіричне дослідження, згідно «Методики визначення стилю поведінки в конфліктній ситуації» (К. Томаса) . Визначено при порівнянні досліджених даних, що значна частина конфліктів зумовлена надмірною залученістю до трудової діяльності та кількості проведеного часу на роботі. Запропоновано впровадження тренінгової програми та надані рекомендації для покрашення вирішення сімейних конфліктів з метою зменшення впливу на професійну діяльність. The paper analyzes the problem of defining the concepts of "conflict" and "social conflict" in psychological literature, carries out a theoretical analysis of the main approaches to the emergence and course of conflicts, considers the stages of conflict and their impact on the formation of a person's professional activity. An empirical study was conducted according to the "Methodology for Determining Behavioral Style in a Conflict Situation" (K. Thomas). It was determined when comparing the researched data that a significant part of conflicts is due to excessive involvement in work and the amount of time spent at work. The implementation of a training program is proposed and recommendations are provided to improve the resolution of family conflicts in order to reduce the impact on professional activity. popup.nrat_date 2025-07-17 Close
