Аналіз проведено на основі художнього тексту Йоаникія Волковича «Розмишлянє о муці Христа Спасителя» (1631 р.) та ділових документів Львівського Ставропігійського братства (1633 р.). Розглянуто граматичні, семантичні й синтаксичні особливості прикметника, зокрема його зв’язок з іменником, ступені порівняння прикметника, атрибутивне й предикативне вживання. Застосовано формулу частотности прикметника в тексті. Дослідження буде актуальним для граматистів, істориків мови та мовознавців загалом. The paper investigates the adjective as a peripheral or determinative part of speech in the Ukrainian language based on written monuments of Lviv of the 17th century. The analysis is based on the literary text by Ioan Volkovych's “Reflections on the Torment of Christ the Saviour” (1631) and documents of the Lviv Dormition Brotherhood (1633). The paper deals with the grammatical, semantic, and syntactic features of the adjective, particularly its relationship with the noun, degrees of comparison, attributive, and predicative usage. The formula of adjective frequency in the text is applied. The study will be relevant for grammarians, language historians, and linguists in general. popup.nrat_date 2025-08-18 Close
