The purpose of the diploma project is to develop a modernized technological scheme for the treatment of chromium-containing wastewater. The paper presents the characteristics and requirements for wastewater, considers methods for their treatment, in particular, the development and justification of a technological scheme for the treatment of washing water by the electrocoagulation method. The material balance is calculated, a block diagram is presented and the main processes implemented in this technological scheme are characterized. Calculations of technological and hydraulic parameters of water treatment plants are performed, and the main structural elements of the workshop are selected.
