Кузнеця Опис The article considers the results of the analysis and estimation of effective organizational chagnes manadgement at the industriael enterprises of Kharkiv region on the base of using economic and mathematical methods of the factorial analysis and lag econometric models. The application of these methods gives the opportunity of using complex approach in the research representing the action of every factor in time separately, of charactering the activity efficiency and making conclusions about the future stated enterprise under the influences of every factor destimationg the development prospects and characteristic changes.
