Отношения самоуправления, в отличии участия в управлении, включают в себя факт принятия решений трудовым коллективом и ответственности за принятые решения, обеспечивают согласование интересов людей, входящих в данный трудовой коллектив. Сама сущность самоуправления предполагает поиск некоторых разумных компромиссов, которые смогут обеспечивать наиболее полную реализацию интересов всех членов данного трудового коллектива и увязывания их с интересами предприятия и общества в целом.
