Розглядаються основні причини погіршення стану в галузі: взаємні неплатежі, зниження інвестиційної активності, , зниження рівня товарної цінності та цінової конкурентоспроможності. Даються рекомендації для подальшого поглиблення трансформаційних процесів у хімічному і нафтохімічному секторі, підвищення його ефективності: створення різних форм власності, забезпечення високої мотивації трудової діяльності, впровадження у виробництво найновіших досягнень науки і техніки, технологій і передового досвіду господарювання. The paper gives a situational analysis on the status of the chemical industry of the Kiev region, which allows to characterize it in General as crisis. The thesis examines the main causes of deterioration in the region: mutual non-payments, decline in investment activity , the decline in commodity values and price competitiveness.
