Метою даної роботи вивчити особливості гематологічних і біохімічних показників крові людей похилого вікуз різними клінічними формами вторинного гломерулонефриту. Методи дослідження – гематологічні (визначення загальної кількості еритроцитів і лейкоцитів, рівня гемоглобіну, швидкості осідання еритроцитів у крові), біохімічні (визначення концентрації загального білка та С-реактивного білка, креатиніну, сечовини, загального холестерину та β-ліпопротеїдів у крові). У результаті дослідження крові літніх людей з гострою, підгострою та хронічною формами вторинного гломерулонефриту було проаналізовано та з’ясовано патогенетичні аспекти розвитку даного захворювання за фізіолого- біохімічними показниками крові. Нaуковa новизнa роботи полягaє в тому, що впeршe в порiвняльному aспeктi провeдeнi гeмaтологiчнi та бiохiмiчнi дослiджeння кровi людей похилого вікуз гострою, підгострою та хронічною формами вторинного гломерулонефриту м. Зaпорiжжя. Знaчущiсть роботи – розширeння уявлeнь про мeхaнiзми розвитку вторинного гломерулонефриту. EN : This work is presented in 84 pages of printed text, contains 14 tables and 1 figure. References include 82 sources, of which 39 are foreign. The object of study – the blood of the elderly with various clinical forms of secondary glomerulonephritis. The purpose of this work is to study the features of hematological and biochemical parameters of the blood of the elderly with various clinical forms of secondary glomerulonephritis. Research methods – hematological (determination of total erythrocytes and leukocytes, hemoglobin level, erythrocyte sedimentation rate), biochemical (determination of total protein and C-reactive protein, creatinine, urea, total cholesterol and β-lipoproteins in the blood). As a result of the study of the blood of elderly people with acute, subacute and chronic forms of secondary glomerulonephritis, the pathogenetic aspects of the development of this disease were analyzed and clarified according to the physiological and biochemical parameters of the blood. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the fact that for the first time in the comparative aspect hematological and biochemical studies of the blood of elderly people with acute, subacute and chronic forms of secondary glomerulonephritis were performed.
